Towable toilet cart

- Provides safe, hygienic transfer of waste from aircraft toilets to airport sewage disposal facilities.
- Towable type: Can be pulled by a baggage tractor or tug.
- Sturdy chassis with heavy-duty wheels/axles for airport ramp conditions.
- Stainless steel or coated tanks to resist corrosion from waste/cleaning chemicals.
- Main Components
- Waste tank (typically 200–1000 liters).
- Flush water tank (separate, usually smaller capacity).
- Pump system (vacuum or motorized, sometimes manual backup).
- Service hoses: For waste suction and flush water supply.
- Couplings/nozzles compatible with standard aircraft lavatory service ports.
- Sight glass or level indicators for tank monitoring.
Electric Tow Tug

- Ergonomically designed compartment allows easy operation of all controls and pedals to help reduce operator fatigue.
- Forward/reverse lever and a floor-mounted accelerator pedal provide fast and easy direction changes.
- SAFETY & STABILITY
- Advance linking system is designed with orienting and fixing bracket to the trailer.
- Multi-function display: battery status, hour meter, error code etc.
- Parking brake – Mechanical drum brake with self-adjusting system. Low noise.
- Service brake type – Hydraulic drum brake with self-adjusting system.
- STRUCTURAL
- Batteries located in the lowest part of frame ensure tow tractor excellent stability because of low center of gravity.
- Automatic reset makes operation easier.
